進口凸輪轉(zhuǎn)子泵又稱膠體泵、凸輪泵、三葉泵、萬用輸送泵等,轉(zhuǎn)子泵屬于容積泵,輸送流量可以較精確的控制也可方便地制成變量泵。此泵的轉(zhuǎn)速很低,一般在200rpm至600rpm之間,被輸送的物料被平穩(wěn)地輸出而其成份不會受到破壞??捎糜谳斔驼扯群芨叩奈镔|(zhì)也可以方便地制成輸出壓力較高的品種。根據(jù)客戶管道連接方式的需要,可做成上進下出型轉(zhuǎn)子泵,根據(jù)客戶安裝方式及生產(chǎn)的需要,可做成移動型轉(zhuǎn)子泵,根據(jù)客戶調(diào)節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)速及流量的需要,可做成變頻調(diào)速型轉(zhuǎn)子泵。
轉(zhuǎn)子泵依靠兩同步反向轉(zhuǎn)動的轉(zhuǎn)子(齒數(shù)為2—4)在旋轉(zhuǎn)過程中于進口處產(chǎn)生吸力(真空度),從而吸入所要輸送的物料。兩轉(zhuǎn)子將轉(zhuǎn)子室分隔成幾個小空間,并按a→b→c→d的次序運轉(zhuǎn)。運轉(zhuǎn)至位置a時,只有一室中充滿介質(zhì);到位置b時,B室中封閉了部分介質(zhì);到位置C時,A室中也封閉了介質(zhì);到位置d時,A室B室與二室相通,介質(zhì)即被輸送至出料口。如此循環(huán)往復(fù),介質(zhì)(物料)即被源源不斷輸送出去。
轉(zhuǎn)子泵采用聯(lián)軸整體組裝,使體積變?。ㄩL度可以減短100-250mm),減少占地面積,結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,外包不銹鋼,鏡面拋光,外形美觀,檔次高,避免原來涂膏刷漆的脫落。性能優(yōu)化:采用聯(lián)軸整體組裝,減少彈性聯(lián)軸器功率消耗,噪音及磨損更換而提高工作效率,得到了最高的效率,最小的內(nèi)部滑動和更長的使用壽命。
不同形狀的轉(zhuǎn)子具有不同的效果,具體分為以下幾大類:
一葉轉(zhuǎn)子:適用于輸送含有大顆粒物料的介質(zhì),對大顆粒物料的破碎率較低,但其脈動大,壓力低,容積量小,很少使用。
二葉轉(zhuǎn)子:適用于輸送含有中小顆粒物料的介質(zhì),對中小顆粒物料的破碎率相對較低,略有脈動,容積量小于三葉轉(zhuǎn)子。
三葉轉(zhuǎn)子:通用的轉(zhuǎn)子類型,容積量大于其他類型的轉(zhuǎn)子,各種性能指標優(yōu)于一葉,二葉轉(zhuǎn)子,但其在輸送物料的過程中對顆粒物料有一定的破碎率。
傳動的選擇:
1、電機+定整比減速器:這樣的傳動方式簡單,轉(zhuǎn)子的轉(zhuǎn)速恒定,也就是決定了流量的不可調(diào)性。
2、電機+機械摩擦式無級變速器:這種變速器的變速靠手動調(diào)節(jié)來實現(xiàn),其特點是安全可靠,扭距大,流量無極可調(diào),缺點是非自動調(diào)節(jié),較麻煩,調(diào)速在運轉(zhuǎn)過程中進行,不得在停機狀態(tài)下調(diào)速,其使用維護參照制造商的使用說明書。
3、變頻電機+變頻器:這種方式可實現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)速的自動調(diào)節(jié),亦即實現(xiàn)了流量的無級調(diào)速。其優(yōu)點是自動化程度高,低速扭距較大,缺點是變頻器的價格較高,其使用維護參照制造商的使用說明書。
